- each product is personally designed in the UK by Louisa Russell - renowned chef, cake decorator and teacher who founded Blossom Sugar Art in 2009

- ideal for use with sugarpaste, chocolate, modelling / gum paste, modelling chocolate (eg Cocoform), marzipan, fondant etc
- use a sugarcraft craft knife to cut and separate petals for even more design options
