• Ganache with Panache using our top quality acrylic smoother - specially designed for use with or without ganaching discs / plates (see pic 3) to help ensure your cakes have perfectly flat tops and sharp edges
• a good example of a great idea coming from our customers - Janet saw this being used at a cake show in South Africa and Helena also mentioned she used something similar in France for patisserie
• unique set square design allows you to smooth the top and sides at the same time, creating the sharpest possible edge - sometimes known as the lazy ganache technique
• the idea is to allow you to run a blade around the side of the cake, which means the top blade will pivot, smoothing both the top and sides at the same time - it's ideal for desserts, patisserie, birthday cakes etc but for wedding and celebration ganache cakes which require a flawless finish, we would always recommend using ganaching discs
• when used with ganaching plates, the top blade helps hold the side blade in exactly the correct vertical position

• hand wash only, as the high temperature in a dishwasher could cause the plastic to cloud or warp
• PLEASE NOTE plates are cut by laser so occasionally have dark marks caused by the cutting process - these are not 'dirty' nor do they affect the performance of the discs in any way
