• an absolutely top quality 'complete' (ie just add water) chocolate cake mix . . . this is a more substantial and moister mix than Chocolate Sponge Mix, so is more suited for cupcake, muffins and other smaller cakes - not quite as rich as the Extra Moist Chocolate Cake Mix
• IMPORTANT . . . this is Chocolate CAKE Mix and is different to both Chocolate Sponge Mix and Extra Moist Chocolate Cake Mix
• simply add oil and water - you can then add fruit or chocolate chips, callets or bakestable chunks
• perfectly complemented by our ready made Chocolate Rainbow Frosting

• ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, (vegetable oil, emulsifier E471*), fat reduced cocoa powder [6%], whole egg powder, skimmed milk powder, raising agents E450 & E500, milk solids, full fat soya flour, Maltodextrin, emulsifiers E471*, E472b & E477, flavouring, stabiliser E450
• *E471 is a synthetic fat made from glycerols and fatty acids, mainly of plant origin but as E471 is composed of several different products, the manufacturers cannot rule out the presence of some animal fats - as pork fat may be one of the fats used, we would advise vegan, Muslim and Jewish customers not to order this product

Make-up instructions on box label but here's a quick reference:

• for 12.5kg mix - add 5375g / 5.375 litres water
• for 3kg mix - add 1290g / 1.29 litres water
• for 1kg mix - add 430g / 430ml water
• lace required amount mix in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater attachment
• add HALF the water over 1 minute while mixing on slow speed
• mix for further 3 minutes on slow speed
• beat for 2 minutes on medium speed
• add the remainder of water while mixing on slow speed
• scrape down
• mix for further 3 minutes on slow speed
• recommended bake at 180 degrees C
