• ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, sugar, modified maize starch, whey powder (from milk), dried wheat protein, raising agents E451 & E500, emulsifiers E477 & E471*, salt, thickener E415, flavouring (contains milk)
• *E471 is a synthetic fat made from glycerols and fatty acids, mainly of plant origin but as E471 is composed of several different products, the manufacturers cannot rule out the presence of some animal fats - as pork fat may be one of the fats used, we would advise vegan, Muslim and Jewish customers not to order this product

QUICK REFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS (they're printed on the box)

everyone's oven and technique are different - this is purely a guide:

• 1kg dry mix + 350g eggs + 300g veg oil + 280g (280ml) water
• place dry mix in bowl fitted with beater
• add egg and approx half water at slow speed over 1 minute
• scrape down
• beat for 3 minutes on second speed
• add oil and remaining water at slow speed over 1 minute
• scrape down
• beat for another 3 minutes on second speed
• scale into tins (approx 100g per muffin)
• and bake at 190°C (375°F) for approx 30-35 minutes
