VERY IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE ORDERING . . . this product is NOT sugarpaste icing, although many people refer to sugarpaste as 'fondant', especially on TV cake shows, so please remember that fondant and sugarpaste icing are not the same things

• professional Bakers Fondant - sometimes called poured fondant or pouring fondant
• used warmed for all manner of patisserie, desserts and baking eg French fondant fancies
• add to buttercream to give a luxuriously silky texture
• please don't get confused - this is NOT a roll-out icing / sugarpaste
• referring to sugarpaste as 'fondant' began in the USA but the habit has transferred to the UK, mainly due to TV shows
• also very popular with bee keepers as an excellent substitute for sugar water - emergency food for beekeeping virtually identical to Ambrosia - apiarists nationwide buy theirs from us! see photo #3
• apiarists know that the purity of ingredients is crucial to the health of bees, so this fondant only contains sugar, glucose syrup (more sugar) and water . . . there are no additives!
• PRICE BREAKS - we have a number of trade customers and bee keeping groups who order this product in bulk so we're happy to offer even lower prices for ordering 10+ and 25+. PLEASE NOTE if ordering 25+ you must be able to accept pallet delivery as that size of order will not be shipped by normal courier
• BBE normally at least 2-3 months and often much longer
• can be coloured and flavoured as required
• ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water - very pure with no additives
• suitable for vegetarians and vegans
• Kosher certified
