• write and draw directly on to sugarpaste, marzipan or royal icing - a smooth, dry surface gives best results
• each pen has a broad nib for colouring (pic 3) and a fine nib for detail (pic 4)
• 100% edible icing / food colouring - meet all the latest EU food regulations
• BBE 3-4 months at least, normally much (much!) longer
• ingredients: water, glycerine E422, colours E101, E120, E133, E155 & E151, acidity regulator (acetic acid E330), emulsifier (polysorbate E433), preservative (potassium sorbate E202)
• suitable for vegetarians
• not suitable for vegans as they contain riboflavin E101
• allergy advice: produced and packed in a facility which handles other food products so may contain traces of milk, soya, nuts, sulphites
• refresh dry pens with Rejuvenator Fluid to extend life
• retail packed
• please note pens contain colouring, not coloured icing - not recommended for soft icing or chocolate
