• Sugar Dough is ideal for simpler modelled figures, shapes and even basic flowers where you need the piece to hold its shape and dry quickly, but still remain soft enough to eat once the cake is cut
• non-sticky, easy to use, fun, edible material with a nice vanilla flavour
• ideal for children to play with and create models - more fun than play dough!

• for a firmer drying paste for more complex models we recommend Eleganza modelling paste
• for the very finest sugar flowers and leaves we recommend Suzanne Esper professional flower paste
• BBE date 3-4 months minimum - normally much longer
• ingredients: sugar, glucose, water, vegetable oil (palm and rapeseed), modified maize starch, emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids & polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, cellulose gum, acetic acid, vanilla flavouring, colours: E129, E104 & E133
• allergy advice: produced in an environment that also handles nuts, milk, soya, egg, gluten and sulphites - traces may be present
• suitable for vegetarians
• although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
