• double sided pad offers two different work surfaces - one side is high density soft foam, the other is a special coated surface which keeps paste cool so you can thin and frill sugar petals, leaves etc without it sticking to your hands
• works brilliantly with gum paste, sugar flower modelling paste, sugar dough, sugarpaste etc

• fitted with 3 holes, handy when working with wired or trumpet shaped flowers
