BLACK sugar flower & modelling gumpaste

• good quality sugar modelling gum paste from PME
• PME have been extending into the US market in recent years and this excellent new range of gum pastes shows this American influence - very similar to Fondarific gumpaste
• Gum Paste is more pliable, slightly softer and generally more "forgiving" than British flower / petal paste - ideal if you're learning to make sugar flowers
• ideal for modelling but for more experienced sugarcrafters wishing to create very fine sugar flower petals we'd probably still suggest Squires or Renshaw flower pastes
• aka Sugar Florists Paste, SFP, MMP, Sugar Floral Paste, Petal Paste etc

• BBE date at least 2-3 months, normally much longer
• ingredients: sugar, water, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) E466, glucose, hydrogenated vegetable fat, modified maize starch, dried egg albumen, thickeners E412 & E413, acidity regulators E330 & E260, potassium sorbate E202, flavour (vanillin), colours E172 & E171
