METALLIC GOLD coloured modelling paste - 100g pack

• a modelling paste with a metallic gold colour finish!
• designed to give metallic sheen / lustre to design detail - not for covering a cake
• this product is NOT sugarpaste / fondant icing - see our range of coloured sugarpaste
• approx 100 g ( just over ½ lb)
• BBE at least 2-3 months - normally longer
• IMPORTANT - the formula is different from most other modelling pastes you may have used - the cocoa butter needs to be warmed (by kneading) to bring it to a workable consistency - cut the paste into small pieces and knead each piece separately, as you knead the paste will go from hard to dry and crumbly and then to soft and malleable - combine the small pieces when they are warm

• store unused paste in fridge to extend life (wrapped to expel air)
• ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, rich starch, stabilisers E414 & E415, colours E171 & E172
