- somewhere between an alphabet cutter and an impression mat, these inexpensive texture mats offer a fast way to create letters and numbers
- lightweight double sided plastic sheet creates impressions on sugarpaste, marzipan, flower modelling paste and chocolate
- the nature of these mats means letters / numbers are not as detailed or clean as when using alphabet cutters but they're easy and quick to use - and inexpensive
- ideal for cupcakes and for children to use
- letters & numbers obviously vary in size but approx 2cm / 20mm / 3/4" high
- mat approx 20cm / 200mm / 8" square overall
- food approved plastic
- recommend hand wash only - can be used over and over
