• create a highly detailed edible cowboy boot cake using a unique acrylic interlocking system which provides a sturdy structure on which to build and shape the cake
• includes interlocking acrylic structure, silicone heel mould, acrylic sole former, templates, shape guides, stencils and instructions
• watch the video for ideas and tips
• bake a shallow sheet sponge approx 13" x 9", then use the guides to cut the required shapes, building around the acrylic structure - cover with sugarpaste and decorate using the stencils
• for added realism, run a PME quilting wheel around the welt to look like stitching in the leather
• finished cake size approx 10" tall
• parts can be cleaned and re-used over and over
