Product Details
23 inch sugarcraft rolling pin
- extra large 23" rolling pin with polished surface for non-stick performance
- perfect for rolling out sugarpaste icing, pastry, flower & modelling paste, modelling chocolate, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, dough etc although please note not as perfect a finish as PME 20" XL rolling pin - fine for preparatory work but you may see little imperfections - never an issue as the pinned side is normally the underside of the sugarpaste!
- made from a special polymer called High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWP), these pins feature specially polished surfaces, giving them virtually non-stick performance
- approx 23" / 58cm / 580mm long
- approx 1½" / 4cm / 40mm diameter
- fits PME large rolling guides
- hygienic, dishwasher safe
- lightly chamfered ends - very occasionally they are supplied with straight ends
- not normally retail packed
