Spectrum Flow brand colourings are ethanol based so work very well on chocolate, buttercream, fruit etc and are recommended airbrushes if you do this type of work
Sugarflair Airflair colours and other airbrushing colourings work equally on sugarpaste well but we recognise that some customers will prefer to use the same brand as the airbrush itself
