- great little baking strips help ensure moist, evenly baked cakes
- helps avoid crowns, crusty or cracked edges
- IMPORTANT - soak in cold water then simply wrap around cake tin sides - fabric loop holds in place
- it is essential to only use when moist, otherwise it won't protect your cake tin and may even bur
- the modern equivalent to wrapping brown paper around baking tins
- each strip approx 30" long / 76cm / 760mm x 1.5" / 3cm / 30mm wide
- each strip fits a cake tin approx 8" - 10", use more than one for larger cake tins
- larger 6 pack also available - even better value
