- cut required shape, thinly brush icing surface with edible glue or confectioners glaze
- alternatively, apply dry using a fan brush or sugarcraft dusting brush - the natural static electricity will cause the leaf to cling to the brush
- please note the leaf will not apply as a solid sheet, but in natural patches
