500g rose pink macaroon powder mix from Pavoni Italy
- macarons are delicious and hugely popular but can be be a bit of a pain to make from scratch
- remove the risk and save time with this really top quality mix from Pavoni in Italy
- 500g is enough for 100 macarons - excellent value!
- instructions supplied but, basically, mix with hot water and pipe on to a Pavoni macaron mat or other macaroon pan
- BBE normally at least 2-3 months
- 500g powder
- resealable plastic tub
- instructions slightly confusing because translated into English: for 500g mix add 110/120g (110-120ml) water
- ingredients: sugar, almond flour (28%), white egg powder, modified corn starch, emulsifiers E475 & E471, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavouring (vanilla), colours E171 & E120
- ALLERGY ADVICE: contains nut, milk and egg
- classed as suitable for vegetarians
