• everyone's talking about it - edible cake lace is available under many brands including Sugarveil, Cake lace, Sweet Lace etc but Pavoni remains the original - and probably the best!
• not quite a sugarpaste - not quite a flower modelling paste - it's much, much more!
• create intricate edible lace sheets and detail for cakes and cupcakes
• follow the instructions - basically you mix the powder to create special icing which you then spread on to a design mat, bake as instructed for a few minutes and then allow to cool - you now have an amazing, flexible edible lace / patterned icing sheet which you can cut, bend and shape as required
• have a look at the famous edible bride's dress - made entirely from this kind of product
• totally edible - so can be cut with the cake as part of the icing

• Cake Stuff customers tell us that Pavoni Magic Decor is their preferred edible lace, although Claire Bowman Cake Lace is better for strongly coloured (eg black), pre-mixed edible lace as this can be very difficult to create from scratch
