- decent quality Garret Frill flounce cutter set
- main frill approx 8.5cm diameter
- 3 interchangeable centres 2.2cm, 3.5cm and 4.8cm diameters (largest one is already in place in photo)
- possibly not just as good as the PME Garret Frill cutter or FMM Garret Frill cutter, but still do the job well
- food approved plastic
- not always retail packed - Del Cuore supply several brands so pack designs vary - sometimes just plain clear plastic bags
- frill edges with Leicester frilling tool, bulbulous cone tool or mini rolling pin
- fine for sugarpaste icing, but even better with gum paste and flower modelling paste
- for best results use release agent eg Jem Petal base
