IMPORTANT - if you've used these before please note that PME have changed from a bright matt white to a natural pearlized finish, which makes them look more like a light ivory - they look much more like real pearls than before

• approx 7mm diameter pearls
• approx 90g nett - please note PME are changing all colours to 90g from the previous 99g pots
• quite large pot with tamper-evident seal for complete hygiene
• fantastic for adding detail to cupcakes, cookies, cake pops and all celebration cakes
• pearlised finish - shades can vary within pot
• PLEASE NOTE the appearance is different from the PME 4mm white pearls, which have a solid, matt white finish - we only mention this in case you're planning on using both sizes on the same cake
• BBE at least 3 months - normally much (much!) longer
• ingredients: sugar (dextrose & maltodextrin), glucose (corn) syrup, calcium stearate E470, malic acid E296, tapioca dextrin, colour (includes Mica based pearlescent pigments), colour Titanium Dioxide E171
• PME will not guarantee free of traces of wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts or soya
• please exercise care when allowing younger children to eat sugar balls
