Product Details
11 inch round chamfered edge cake dummy
- white polystyrene double-sided dummy with chamfered and straight edges - simply turn the dummy upside down if you prefer a sharp edge
- the bevelled edges make it easier to cover with sugarpaste without as much risk of tearing and give a traditional, realistic finish
- approx 11" / 28cm / 279mm diameter
- approx 3" / 7.5cm / 75mm deep
- perfect for display cakes and for practising
- normally shrink wrapped
- please note by nature of polystyrene there may be little chunks missing - this is not considered defective as the dummy is there to give a general shape only
- dummies supplied may be branded as either Culpitt or Doric
