• Meri-White is a dried albumen mix which ensures professional quality meringues and royal icing without the time and expense of having to crack eggs
• aka Merriwhites, Meriwhite, Meriwhites, Merri-White etc
• when diluted, 500g Meri-White is equivalent to over 130 egg whites
• gives brighter appearance and superior whipping properties than using fresh or frozen egg
• can be coloured and / or flavoured

• IMPORTANT - also available in original 500g branded pot, but we've had it especially packed for Cake Stuff in a range of handy pack sizes, saving at least £1.00 per 500g pot . . . the product is identical

• ingredients: wheat starch, dried albumen, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators, dextrose, lactic acid, tartaric acid, stabiliser (Guar gum)
• allergy advice - contains egg & wheat starch
• considered suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans
• does not contain nuts but produced in an environment where marzipan is also handled so we cannot guarantee free of any nut traces
• Gluten confusion - contains wheat starch but we're advised that wheat is only the source of the refined starch and that Meri-white does not actually contain wheat or gluten - to avoid any misunderstanding we're taking the view that it is not gluten free
