- write and draw directly on to sugarpaste, marzipan, flower modelling paste or royal icing
- a smooth, dry surface gives best results
- 2.5mm nib for general work and 0.5mm nib for fine detail
- latest edible ink technology - 100% edible icing / food colouring
- BBE normally at least 3-4 months, often much longer
- ingredients: water, glycerine, ethanol, colours: E124*
- suitable for vegetarians & vegans
- certified Kosher
- Allergy Advice: made in a facility that also handles / may contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts and soya.
