• great for decoration detail on colour themed cakes
• classed as "food contact glitter" - EU classification "non-toxic" means safe to eat if any glitter gets on to the icing
• best applied with a dusting brush and to detailed areas with edible glue
• for decorative use only - please do not consider as sprinkles
• approx 5g nett - because of the different particle sizes, pots the various sub ranges of Rainbow Dust hold the same volume but slightly different weights, ranging from 3g to 5g nett and some may even show 17g gross
