Product Details
1kg C1000 Superfine Tylo / Tylose / Tylopur powder
- extra fine C1000 grade for making flower paste or modelling paste, and for edible glue
- there is no quality difference between C1000 and Cake Stuff granulated Tylo powder, but the C1000 grade has been ground to a finer powder so is ideally suited for making flower and modelling paste
- approx 1 kg / 1000g nett - normally supplied as 2 x 500g tubs
- BBE normally 12 minimum
- ingredients: Carboxy Methyl Cellulose CMC E466
- no set recipe as everyone has their own technique but we suggest approx 1 teaspoon Tylo to 250g sugarpaste to begin with, kneading well and adding more Tylo as required
- suitable for vegetarians & vegans
- does not contain nuts but produced in an environment where marzipan is also handled so we cannot guarantee free of any nut traces
- PLEASE NOTE sometimes supplied as 2 x 500g pots
