• the clever bit is that with a twist of the neck the turntable can be tilted by up to 20°, as shown in photo
• TOP TIP - slightly difficult to explain in writing but very easy when you've tried it for the first time . . . twist the neck fully clockwise to rotate the (flat position) turntable in a clockwise direction. To rotate the turntable in an anti-clockwise direction, twist the neck fully anti-clockwise first. The reason for this is that if you turn the turntable in the 'wrong' direction you will autoimatically twist the neck and the turntable will move to a tilted position - which may not be what you want if you have a heavy cake on it(!)
