- white polystyrene dummy - eye catching hexagon shape
- please note, these dummies are measured from flat to flat, NOT point to point
- approx 14" / 35.56cm / 355.6mm diameter
- approx 4" / 10.16cm / 101.6mm deep
- perfect for display cakes and for practising
- made from a special polystyrene called EPS100 polystyrene
- can be iced using a variety of different mediums including fondant/sugar paste, buttercream, royal icing and can be used with modelling paste and modelling chocolate.
- great quality and more compressed than most other dummies you'll see on sale . . . please don't confuse with cheap cut polystyrene sold by polystyrene companies and seen on eBay. Can be cut with a serrated knife if you wish to carve it to your own specifications.
- approved for food contact
- normally shrink wrapped
- by nature of polystyrene there may be little chunks missing - this is not considered defective as the dummy is there to give a general shape only
- can be washed and reused
- however, these dummies are cost effective enough to replace after use
