•  *instructions:

• 1. Place 500g into a bowl and, using a flat beater, add the liquid over 1 minute on a slow speed.
• 2. Scrape down the batter (optional) and then mix for a further three minutes on medium speed.
• 3. Add any inclusions if required e.g. chocolate chips, fruit or nuts, mix if required for 30 seconds on low speed.
• 4. Deposit the batter into the desired format at the desired weight.
• 5. For cupcakes bake at 160 degrees C / 320 degrees F for 18mins. For traybakes bake at 180 degrees C / 356 degrees F for 25mins. Please not that times and temperatures are approximate and will vary depending on oven types.
