- set of 6 Rainbow colours

- 'Extra' paste / gel colours are maximum concentrated professional icing colourings made in the UK by Sugarflair - the world's top icing colour specialists
- the most concentrated icing colourings available
- perfect for sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, flower / modelling / gum pastes, cake mixes, pastry, frostings & fillings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes, desserts, white chocolate, cocktails etc
- 6 x approx 25g nett
- add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up shade
- mix with other paste colours for infinite range of shades
- mix with Rejuvenator Fluid for an edible liquid colour to paint on to icing
- can also be used for molten white chocolate or Wilton Candy Melts
- BBE normally at least 12 months, often longer

- green: humectant: glycerol (E422), thickener: Silica (E551), colour: Brilliant blue (E133), Tartrazine (E102).
- blue: humectant: glycerol (E422), thickener: Silica (E551), colour: Brilliant Blue (E133), Carmoisine (E122).
- purple: humectant: glycerol (E422), thickener: Silica (E551), colour: Brilliant Blue (E133), Carmoisine (E122).

- suitable for vegetarians and vegans
- dosage guidance:
- red, orange and yellow: for every 1kg of cake decoration, you should not use more than 0.6g of paste colour.
- green: for every 1kg of cake decoration, you should not use more than 4g of paste colour.
- blue and purple: for every 1kg of cake decoration, you should not use more than 4.7g of paste colour.
- customers wishing to avoid alcohol can use water to thin but this will take longer to dry and won't give as good a finish
- known as 'pastes' in the UK and 'gels' in the USA - same products
- shade accuracy - please remember colours shown are representative only and will look different on different PC monitors and tablet / phone screens
- although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122, E124 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
