• just add water and butter for delicious, classic vanilla cookies
• per 500g mix simply add 30g (30ml) water, 75g vegetable margarine/butter
• perfect alone or with added chocolate chips, nuts, fruits etc
• approx 12.5kg / 27.56lb nett

• ingredients: WHEAT Flour (With Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Demerara Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses), Whole EGG Powder, Whey Solids (From MILK), Dextrose, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Natural Flavouring.

* instructions:

 500g mix + 30g water + 75g vegetable margarine / butter

• add the Vanilla Cookies Mix and margarine/butter in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix on slow for 3-5 minutes
• add the water and mix on slow speed untill a dough has formed
• add any inclusions e.g. chocolate chips, nuts, fruit and mix on slow speed until fully incorporated
• shape the dough into required form and press out evenly
• bake at 180°C / 356°F / Gas Mark 4 for approx 25 minutes*
