- Colour Mill is known for producing beautifully bold, vibrant colours in their original product range - this water-based collection is a fantastic and very welcome addition to their range of offerings.

- super concentrated, water based icing colourings specifically designed for use with macarons, cookies, royal icing, meringue and various other fat-sensitive products.
- create vibrant, consistent shades that will not fade - in fact the colours develop over time so use sparingly to begin with
- over 50 amazing shades to choose from - mix together for infinite range of shades
- Colour Mill colours go through a specialised milling process that grinds the powder into an ultra smooth liquid, leaving you with a grain free paste with no aftertaste
- shake well before use and add a tiny drop at a time to build up shade - eg using end of a cocktail stick
- very economical to use due to its high strength concentration - in fact, we would recommend using no more than the equivalent of 2% of the volume of your other ingredients
- mix in a mixing tray and apply with a sugarcraft dusting brush or food-approved paint brush
