• fridge, freezer and oven safe - however, the mould should not be exposed to temperatures below -40°C or over 200°C.

• how to use:
• to create a solid chocolate/candy heart, simply pour your melted mixture into the mould (fill to the top but be careful not to overfill). Carefully (and gently!) tap the mould on a flat surface to help remove air bubbles, before putting into your fridge until fully set. This is likely to be between 20 and 30mins. Once the chocolate has set, carefully remove the shape from the mould and decorate as you please!
• to create a chocolate/candy heart with a filled centre, paint the first layer of melted chocolate/candy onto the mould using a food safe brush or spatula. Then add your filling, again filling the entire mould to the top without overfilling. Carefully (and gently!) tap the mould on a flat surface to help remove air bubbles, before putting into your fridge until fully set. This is likely to be between 20 and 30mins. Once the chocolate has set, carefully remove the shape from the mould and decorate as you please!
