• Clikstix strips with ejector bars fitted, making it easier to eject the paste letters
• Lower Case - letters vary but approx 1.5cm / 15mm / ½" high
• Clikstix are cleverly designed - each strip has an ejector bar fitted, making it easy to eject the paste shapes
• no more struggling to get the paste out of the cutter - the Clikstix cuts, embosses and ejects for you
• each Clikstix strip up to approx 26cm / 260mm / 10½" x 3.5cm / 35mm / 1½" overall
• fine for sugarpaste icing, but even better with gum paste and flower modelling paste
• really easy to use but here are our tips . . . for best results use modelling paste and roll this out on a non-stick modelling board dusted with icing sugar - you may have to experiment to find the perfect thickness at the start but once you find what works best for you, it's easy in the future. Cut out your shapes using the Clikstix cutter, taking care to hold only the edges while cutting so that you don't accidentally press on the ejector bar. 'Scrub' the cutter (move in a circular motion) against the board a little to ensure the shapes don't stick to the board. Press a little firmer to emboss the shapes if you want (but not too hard), then lift the Clikstix cutter with the shapes still in and press down on the ejector and the cut shapes will drop out
• for added realism when making flowers, press out onto a foam petal pad and shape with a ball modelling tool
• add realistic colour by brushing on powder / dust colouring using a sugarcraft brush
• food approved clear plastic
• retail packed with instructions
• fine for sugarpaste icing, but even better with gum paste and flower modelling paste
• for best results use release agent eg Jem Petal base
