5" ROUND - Ganaching cake tin liner kit from Brigid's Cake Room
- easily ganache your sponge cakes and achieve a smooth finish every time

- use with white, milk or dark chocolate ganache
- top tip - when using white or milk chocolate, put it in the freezer for 4-5hrs to set quicker and harder
- made of food-grade plastic

- all liners are 7" tall
- PLEASE NOTE: when buying a kit, it's important that you choose the liner which is A SIZE UP from the sponge you are planning to ganache with it. e.g. for an 8inch cake, you should choose the 9inch liner and use it with a 9inch tin.
- to remove your cake, simply "pop out and peel". As soon as you take your cake out of the fridge, carefully flip your cake upside down, so that the cake tin is at the top. Remove the tin, turn your cake back the right way around and, after undoing the clip, gently peel the liner off. And there you have it, your perfectly smooth finish!

- a height guided Liner, all Liners are 7 inches high
- a non-stick reusable disc to line the bottom of your tin
- a clip to secure the overlap of the liner
- a ganache squeeze bottle
- a food-grade Foam Spacer to give you the correct thickness of ganache
- instructions:
- start by placing the foam spacer into your baking tin. If needed, trim so it fits snugly in the tin.
- then place your liner into the tin
- take your clip and place it where the liner begins and ends, to keep the liner secure.
- prepare your ganache and build up your cake layers.
- then, set your cake in the fridge overnight
- after it is set, carefully turn your tin upside down and remove the cake
- finally, remove the foam spacer and gently peel off the liner
