CHRISTMAS Cake Drip professional chocolate icing set - from Roxy & Rich

drip cakes are very popular but to ensure a professional finish, you need to use top quality ingredients
this perfect Christmas kit gives you 3 festive colours in handy 75g bottles - red, white and forest green
Roxy & Rich Cake Drip is certainly top quality and has received great feedback from our customers

delicious flavour, thanks to the very Canadian ingredient maple sugar
each colour approx 75g nett
faster, easier and more economical than using chocolate - no need to temper, less prone to crack and you still get a great finish
so easy to use: ice the cake and sit in the fridge for 1 hour. To apply Roxy & Rich’s Cake Drip, remove the seal and the lid, and heat for 15 seconds (for 75g bottles) in microwave. Replace the lid back and shake for approximately 1 minute until completely smooth. Once you've finished decorating, place cake back in the fridge at least 1 hour to allow the drip to harden
as the drip cools and firms, simply pop the bottle back in the microwave for another 5 seconds
unlike cheaper versions, you can store unused choc drip and re-microwave whenever you need it
sets to a smooth finish - drips hold their shape beautifully
nozzle applicator offers much more control over simply pouring hot chocolate on to the cake
being able to control the temperature of the chocolate means it can be used on ganache and chocolate
plastic squeeze bottles with applicator nozzle and cap
BBE normally at least 3-4 months and often much longer
store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
