• a blend of flour and baking powder made from a mix of both soft and hard wheat with typically 8%-11% gluten content
• 4 kg / 4000g / just under 9lb pack

• BBE date at least 3-4 months - normally much longer
• ingredients: wheat flour [calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (vitamin B3), thiamin (vitamin B1)], raising agents: mono calcium phosphate & sodium bicarbonate
• allergy advice: contains wheat (gluten) - may contain soya - stored and handled in an environment where nuts and nut products are also stored - nut and nut oil traces may therefore be present on the outer packaging
• please expect flour residue visible on sack and inside box - the fine dust simply works its way through the sack (especially at the seals) when being handled and is not a sign of a burst or leak
• brand may vary - because the price of flour varies daily on the commodities markets, we source ours from the miller or national distributor who offers the best price on any particular day so the sacks may either be branded for a mill or distributor
