FRENCH BLUE Sugarflair Spectral concentrated paste icing colouring 25g

• Spectral paste / gel colours are highly concentrated icing colourings made in the UK by Sugarflair - the world's top icing colour specialists
• perfect for sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, flower / modelling / gum pastes, cake mixes, pastry, frostings & fillings, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes, desserts, white chocolate, cocktails etc
• approx 25g nett
• dosage: use no more than 2g per 1kg of cake decoration.
• add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up shade
• mix with other paste colours for infinite range of shades
• mix with Rejuvenator Fluid for an edible liquid colour to paint on to icing
• mix in a mixing tray and apply with a sugarcraft dusting brush or food-approved paint brush
• can also be used for molten white chocolate or Wilton Candy Melts
• BBE normally at least 12 months, often longer
• ingredients: humectant: E422 glycerol, thickener: silica E551, colour: brilliant blue FCF, E133. ponceau 4R, E124*.
• nut free - GMO free - gluten free
• suitable for vegetarians and vegans
• customers wishing to avoid alcohol can use water to thin but this will take longer to dry and won't give as good a finish
• known as "pastes" in the UK and "gels" in the USA - same products

• although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122, E124 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
