Vegan Cake mix - 400g from Fun Cakes

• handy home baking mix from Fun Cakes.

• you could also use this mix to make vegan apple pie, vegan carrot cake or vegan cupcakes

* instructions from FunCakes:

1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For a 25cm cake, use 400g mix, 160ml water and 180ml (160g) vegetable oil.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C).

3. Put all ingredients in a bowl.

4. Put a flat beater on the mixer.

5. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter.

6. Grease a 25cm baking pan or a 20cm round baking pan

7. Scoop the batter into the pan.

8. Bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50-55 minutes until golden.

9. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
