* instructions from FunCakes:

1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For this cake use 400g mix, 4 eggs (200g) and 175g butter.

2. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C).

3. Put the mix, eggs an butter in a bowl.

4. Put a (flat) beater on your mixer and mix at low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter.

5. Grease a 25 cm cake pan.

6. Fill the baking pan with the batter.

7. Bake the cake in the oven for approx. 55 minutes.

8. Release the cake from the baking pan immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
