Banoffee Cake mix - 400g from Fun Cakes

* instructions from FunCakes:

1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For a 25cm cake, use 400g of mix, 4 eggs (200g), 200g soft (cream) butter and a banana.

2. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 145°C).

3. Put the mix, eggs and butter in a bowl.

4. Mix with a flat beater for 3 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter.

5. Mash a banana using a fork.

6. Add the mashed banana to the batter and stir well.

7. Grease a 25 cm baking pan.

8. Scoop the batter into the pan and bake the cake until golden in the centre of the oven for approx. 60-65 minutes.

9. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
