Carrot Cake mix - 500g from Fun Cakes

* instructions from FunCakes:

1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Use 500g mix, 80ml water, 3 eggs (150g), 150ml (140g) of vegetable oil and 150g carrots. If desired, add chopped walnuts (25g) and/or soaked raisins (40g) to taste.

2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

3. Grate the carrot.

4. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.

5. Mix with the flat beater 5 minutes on low speed.

6. Place a round piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the cake pan.

7. Grease the inner sides of the baking pan with Bake Release Spray and pour the batter into the baking pan.
