Buttercream mix - 4kg from Fun Cakes

* instructions from FunCakes:

1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

2. Put the mix and water in a bowl. For one portion: mix 125g mix with 125ml water. This will be enough for filling and covering a 20cm cake or swirls on approx. 12 cupcakes.

3. Beat the mixture with a whisk.

4. Let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least an hour.

5. Put the butter in a mixing bowl. (for one portion: 150g of butter)

6. Put a (flat) beater on your mixer.

7. Beat the butter for 5 minutes on medium speed until it’s creamy.

8. Now add the mixture in three portions to the butter. Mix until each portion has been fully absorbed before adding the next portion.

9. Once all of the mixture has been added, beat at high speed for approx. 10 minutes to a smooth buttercream.
