• for 502g of cake mix, you will also need 125g of eggs, 56g of unsalted (cream) butter, 105ml of water, 70g of filling (e.g. chocolate drops, chunks)

* instructions from FunCakes for 502g of mix:

1. Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

3. Put the mix, eggs, butter and water in a bowl. If desired, add nuts, raising or bake stable chocolate.

4. Mix at low speed for 3 minutes to a smooth batter.

5. Cover your cake pan with parchment paper.

6. Fill the cake pan with batter.

7. Place the brownie in the preheated oven.

8. Release the brownie from the baking pan immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid. Tip! Cover the brownie with a delicious chocolate ganache after baking.
