500g 'Pasta Top/Top Paste' Premium BLACK sugar paste from Saracino

• really nice quality sugarpaste from our friends at Saracino in Italy
• handles like a Tropic / Tropical paste so we're interested to see how our customers feel it compares to Massa Ticino
• don't be put off by the name - Pasta Top really just means that it's designed as top-coat covering paste
• suitable for both covering and simple modelling
• highly elastic - can be rolled out to just 1mm without cracking
• workable without problems even at temperatures above 30°C and high humidity levels

• BBE date at least 3-4 months and often much longer
• can be coloured using quality paste / gel icing colourings
• brush with powder / dust icing colourings, edible lustres etc but don't mix too much of these through the modelling paste as they may cause it to dry out and crack more easily
• PLEASE REMEMBER every PC monitor, laptop, tablet or phone screen displays colours differently - shades are not accurate
