- Baking Elixir can be used in all baked goods including (but not limited to!) sponge cakes, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, biscuits, doughnuts, scones, and all pastry products. A game changing product for all bakers and cake artists!
- this shelf-life emulsifier was developed to help bakers maintain the freshness, moistness, mouthfeel and overall quality of their bakes for longer.
- instructions: add to your existing recipe at a rate of 2% of the total weight of your ingredients. For example: if there are 10kg of ingredients in your usual recipe, you would add 200g of Baking Elixir. *you may need to reduce water in your recipe as Baking Elixir also includes some water
- ingredients: water, monopropylene glycol (E1520), carboxymethylcellulose (E470a), monodiglyceride (E471), polyglycerol esters (E475)
- allergy advice: allergen free, gluten free, dairy free
