SHIMMER BLUE WonderDust Lustre 5g from Sugar and Crumbs

• edible lustre dust to finish off your bakes in style
• this dust is a beautiful bright blue shade
• adds a gorgeous shimmering effect
• apply to sugarpaste, flower & modelling paste, candy / chocolate melts, marzipan, chocolate or any other edible product
• ingredients: potassium aluminium silicate (E555), diiron trioxide (E172jj) FD&C Blue No 1 (E133)
• allergy information: does not contain any of the 16 common food allergens
• certified Kosher
• suitable for vegetarians and vegans
• approx 5g per pot (please note, some ingredients weigh heavier/lighter than others. Although some pots may appear less full than others, each pot will have the weight specified on the label.)
• mix with Rejuvenator Fluid or clear alcohol to produce an edible liquid lustre paint
• mix with piping gel for a sparkly edible gel - great for water and ice effects
• shade accuracy - please remember that any colours shown are representative only and will look different on different PC monitors and tablet / phone screens
