• add your full flavour shot to 450g of double sieved icing sugar and stir until well combined - you're instantly ready to make buttercream as you usually would
• for other recipes from this mix, Sugar and Crumbs advise that "to ensure the flavouring has had time to infuse, pop the whole contents into a container with a lid, every day, just give it a tumble, after a few days your full mix will be fully infused with the plain icing sugar."

• these flavour shots are suitable for use in chocolate! To combine, melt 500g of chocolate in the microwave, in 30 seconds blasts, until fully melted. Then stir in 10g or 15g (depending on how strong you want the flavour to be!) until it's fully incorporated, and taste test to make sure you're happy. Once incorporated fully, your chocolate is ready to use.
