• when using in place of standard high-stength extracts, use between ¼ and ½ teaspoon compared to 1 teaspoon of extract
• great value for money as a little goes a very long way
• bottle contains around 75 drops (at 0.5ml) so will last longer than the bottle's size suggests
• approx 3.7ml / 1/8 fl oz (US) nett (American fluid ounces are slightly larger than UK Imperial)
• add to sugarpaste, royal icing, marzipan, buttercream, chocolate & candy, cake, custard, frosting, fondant, cream, yoghurt, cake mixes, soft-centred confectionery, toffee, caramel, ice cream, patisserie, jellies, sauces and all manner of sweetie and dessert recipes
• glass bottle preserves the flavour for longer
• LorAnn small squeeze dropper available to fit this bottle
• heat stable - use to flavour cake and cookie mixes etc before baking, but remember that some of the flavour will flash off with the alcohol so you may need to increase the amount used to ensure flavour remains strong enough after baking
