- lovely flavour and smooth, creamy texture - perfect for cake pops, moulding, drizzling, cake decorating and baking
- melt and re-melt conventionally or in microwave (can even be melted in the bag)
- approx 340g / 12oz
- fast setting and easy to use - no need for tempering
- suitable for vegetarians
- alcohol, wheat and gluten free
- BBE date normally 3+ months
- ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils (palm kernels, hydrogenated palm kernel), cocoa powder (6-10%), whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, salt, flavouring
- this product does not contain nuts but PME cannot guarantee free of nut traces as processed and handled in an environment where nut products are also packed
- very similar to cooking chocolate but superior texture and flavour
- additional nutritional information printed on pack
- although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
