WHITE professional chocolate cake drip icing 275g - from Roxy & Rich
- drip cakes are very popular but to ensure a professional finish, you need to use top quality ingredients
- Roxy & Rich Cake Drip is certainly top quality - feedback from Cake Stuff customers suggests it's very good, but possibly not quite as good as Chocolate Drip
- R&R products come all the way from Blainville, Quebec, Canada
- part of a range of 14 vibrant shades
- pastel shades also available
- delicious flavour, thanks to the very Canadian ingredient maple sugar
- approx 275g nett - enough to cover a 6"-7" round cake at least 3 times - more if you only need it for the edges, eg if the cake is tiered or you're placing decoration on top
- faster, easier and more economical than using chocolate - no need to temper, less prone to crack and you still get a great finish
- so easy to use: ice the cake and sit in the fridge for 1 hour. To apply Roxy & Rich’s Cake Drip, remove the seal and the lid, and heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Replace the lid back and shake for approximately 1 minute until completely smooth. Once you've finished decorating, place cake back in the fridge at least 1 hour to allow the drip to harden
- as the drip cools and firms, simply pop the bottle back in the microwave for another 10 seconds
- unlike cheaper versions, you can store unused choc drip and re-microwave whenever you need it
- sets to a smooth finish - drips hold their shape beautifully
- nozzle applicator offers much more control over simply pouring hot chocolate on to the cake
- being able to control the temperature of the chocolate means it can be used on ganache and chocolate
- plastic squeeze bottle with applicator nozzle and cap
- available in a great range of colours
- BBE normally at least 3-4 months and often much longer
- store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight
- can be kept in fridge between uses to extend life
- ingredients: sugar, canola oil, milk powder, cocoa butter, maple sugar, titanium dioxide (TIo2/E171) soy Lecithin.
- allergy advice: contains milk and soya
- gluten free & nut free - handled in an environment where nut products are present, so traces are possible
- Roxy and Rich cake drip is free of palm oil
- do not overheat - burn hazard - do not heat in a conventional oven
